:thumbs:Didn't see one of these here, so I figured "why not" :thumbs:
Spotted on Thanksgiving morning, I395 south.. Red NA, fog lights.. "Bella Miata" written on the sides... Driven by a girl...
Spotted on Thanksgiving around 12noon.. 66East, Red NA, lowered, black rims with a red lip....

Today (11/28) - played cat & mouse with a dark-haired woman in a black 1.8 NA, looked identical to mine, on Route 7 West. You turned off at a gas station in Winchester but gave me a wave and smile. Anyone?

i see a Copper red NC on my drive into work almost every day on 66 east towards fairfax from gainesville at around 6:30am if you're on this forum im in the white NC usually in the HOV or lately the mariner blue NA with a matching hardtop

I spotted the 2.3L swapped NC today. It was in my parking lot with the hood up, and I was stealing its injectors.

Passed a copper red NC PRHT this morning on Connnecticut Ave. while sitting in traffic in Kensington, and had a Titanium Mazdaspeed tailing me for a while coming home through Chevy Chase. Waved to both, but not sure that I got one back.
I was in the black, pavement-scraper NA. :D

I pass a liquid silver PRHT NC2 in the driveway on Henderson Rd on my way to work everyday. Someone in a silver NC softtop came blasting up behind me last night on Wellington Rd just before I turned on to 28 south, you went north, I was driving a white Mazda 6.

I see quite a few Miata / MX5s. Mine is a True Red PRHT with "MX5 PH" Parrot Head plates.
I saw a Copper Red NC with tan top this morning in the church (Manassas AG) parking lot. I'd also frequently also see an older model black rag top in the parking lot at Broad Run Golf next door when it was warmer.
A neighbor up the street from me in Meadowbrook Woods off 234 has a green / tan rag top and I saw another Copper Head PRHT in a driveway on Meadowgate Dr. the other day but I haven't had the opportunity to say hello to either owner yet.

Dunno if this quite meets the intent of the thread, but I just "spotted" a '93 LE on the WDC craigslist. Front lip seems to be missing, but the rare stuff (red interior, BBS basketweaves, rear lip) is all there.
Also seems to be a riced out '95 R with altezzas, style bar, and phatty sportmaxxxxxxes.

Who was on 7 between Tysons and Sterling yesterday? Got off on Cascades Parkway and I spotted you around Allsports when I turned off on Nokes...
I was in my Silver Forester... You'd remember me because my headlights are about aligned with your finish panel because it's so low :lol:
Saw the red NA on black wheels, flat black hood, trunk, and finish panel.
There was also a purple NB behind you on 7 for a while... sounded real burbly, had me intrigued but I couldn't line up to ask any questions :(

You bet! We arrange regular meet & drive events in NOVA mentioned in the other DC thread. You have CDC(capital driving club) which is an area autocross club, MSCW(mazda sportscar club of Washington) which is a mazda group that has meets, drives, tech nights & ax. CAR (Chespke area roadsters) is nearby. Folks on VA Driven board meetup. You also have wdcr/axinc involved with scca. There are other options as well. Depends on what focus and crowd you are looking for. Next MOnday we are meeting for some karting and food as a meetup also in conjunction with my b-day.

Spotted a couple sad cases today in the rain in Waldorf
Black '99-00 with bra on front bumper and Speed Holes on the front fender. Ewww
Red NA that looked solid but in need of cosmetic TLC. Back window was missing from the soft top so I'm sure it's a real pleasure to drive both in the rain and afterwards.

My fender chevrons help, too. I'll keep vinyl numbers on during the track season but will eventually take them off because I don't want to draw the wrong kind of attention. They did get me spotted on the local Porsche board, tho...

SPOTTED AGAIN! I swear there are a TON of miatas out there
In Front Royal, around 11:30 am, right off of Route 66, towards Walmart/Lowes...and then I lost ya.
Red, I believe it was an NA, black soft top, man driving with woman passenger, cool wheel/tire combo, don't ask what they were, very cool.
Oh yea, I was in my Purple Fit w/neon green wheels. Can't Miss Me!

YAY! Winchester Eh? We are neighbors! Yes, the roads are crawling with cops, but they are pretty good about not stopping ya. In Strasburg, jeez...we have 6 police officers, that's not too many, you can get away from them.
HECK - I practiced heel-toe the whole way on Cedar Creek Grade from Route 11 to Middle Road. It was great!

there was a guy running a dark green/blue that i used to see every day with a hard top heading into manassas. haven't seen him in a while though.
and then there was a black NA that i was rolling with at about 80 one evening.. eek..

Yes, but once I decide on a color, then the Duckling is going to be repainted. Besides, we only have two car covers and since the Boostmobile doesn't have a hard top - it's important to make sure it's covered first.

Saw a white NA with white hardtop, roll bar painted silver or white maybe, and it looked like silver team dynamic wheels (5 spoke ones), in the Westfields / Chantilly area around 4:30 today.
Not sure what was up with your brake lights, but the third brake light was flickering (blinking maybe?), not sure if its suppose to be that way, but it seemed really dim. Good looking miata though.

Saw a 90-93 today painted dark burgundy (not the '95 Merlot) with a dent on every body panel except the trunk lid, while driving home through Kensington today. He did have the top down, so I can't complain too much, though.

Spotted a nice English roadster? silver! on valley ave here in Winchester yesterday. Also saw 3 miatas, waved but no response. Black nb, blue nc. and a silver one on Amherest street( parked). They are coming out of the garages now that the weather is nice.

Spotted a red NA with some damage on the drivers side door, leaving a toll on powhite parkway headed towards i-95, female driven, appeared to have a ACE or harddog single diagnal rollbar, top was down. I was in the silver NA in the slot next to you at the toll and got on it going past you. Sorry for not waving, i figured direct eye contact was good enough.
I can't really remember what day it was... i think it was Friday afternoon.

Eh, I'm a much bigger fan of Fudruckers than ether of them. Five Guys is great, but the heart attack in a sack tends to make you feel like you want to die afterwards. After eating a Fudruckers burger I feel like I can at least make it back to my office before passing out after lunch.
Of course, that was before they redid the one in Kentlands. Last time I was in there after the rebranding I wasn't nearly as impressed.

Yesterday I spotted a silver NA in Nokesville around 12:30 or so turning onto 28 heading towards Fauquier. Older guy, car had black vinyls on it reading "Race for the......" can't remember the rest of what it said. Car also had chrome 5 stars, chrome style bars and a dual exhaust I believe.
I'll actually be driving the Miata today. I'll be around the Warrenton area.....maybe someone will spot me :)

Yesterday at 1 pm I was behind a black NB which pulled into Chic-fil-A on 28. Waved but he didn't see me. Last week pulled up behind a woman and man in a red NA on 619 where it connects with 234. Gave them a febble "bleep-bleep" (stock horn) and got a wave and smile :)

I was spotted last night by a guy named Billy (in his MDX?) that said he had a 91 he bought new and had FM do some turbo install on it. He lives near East Falls Church.
