The Experienced Nurse Fellowship Program is designed to support experienced nurses transitioning to an acute care nurse role at UI Health Care. In this program, you will gain experience in the latest approaches to health care and become an integral part in shaping the future of nursing.
The University of Iowa Nurse Residency Program helps new graduate nurses build a foundation for a fulfilling career with UI Health Care. As a nurse in the program, you’ll get paid to learn—on the job and in the classroom. You’ll choose from available nursing positions and connect with other new graduate nurses to collaborate and share experiences.
