Self explanatory thread. I thought I might as well start it. You can include expansions/DLC with the game.
Forza Horizon 3 is probably my pick. I usually play FPS games which are much shorter (Especially COD Games and Serious Sam) but this was one hell of a ride. I beat the game at 25 hours, completed Blizzard Mountain at 9 hours, and I'm about to finish the Hot Wheels Expansion at 5-6 hours. So I'm probably going to finish the game and all the expansions at 41-42 hours which is probably the longest game I've beat.
I'm sure your guy's longest game that you beat is totally much more longer. So what was it?

I put 211 hours into one character on The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. That was not a 100% completion - is that even possible with Skyrim on one character?
I completed the main story, the Thieves Guild main quest, the Stormcloaks faction quest, and all city quests for Whiterun, Markath, Solitude, Riften and Dawnstar, plus loads and loads of random stuff. That time also includes 100% completion of Dragonborn expansion (in 34 hours), but not Dawnguard, which I played with another character.
I think in total I’ve put over 300 hours into 4 separate playthroughs of Skyrim and its DLCs. This doesn’t include the Skyrim total conversion mod, Enderal: Shards Of Order, which I also sank another 49 hours into!
I’ve probably put a similar amount of time into The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion over the years preceding the release of Skyrim. And probably about 200 hours in various playthroughs of The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind (which I’ve never actually finished!)
I’ve currently also hit almost 140 hours on one character solo-playing The Elder Scrolls Online, having completed the main quest, my faction quests, the Morrowind chapter and most of the Summerset chapter too.
And god knows how many hundreds of hours I’ve sunk into into the various Fallouts, Mass Effects, Witchers, Dragon Ages, Risens, Assassins Creeds etc...

Yeah, those Elder Scrolls games are pretty long especially Skyrim. I'm planning to start Morrowind probably next year on Xbox One backwards compatibility. I cannot imagine how long Elder Scrolls VI is gonna be.

To actually 100% complete may be one of the Lego Collectathons, Marvel Super Heroes or Lego Avengers, around 35 hours I expect. Have invested thousands of hours into online gaming such as FIFA games, COD and Rocket League as well

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim with the DLC took me 155 hours, but a lot of that was just doing whatever I wanted and exploring, including after beating the game itself. If just including beating the game, Divinity: Original Sin II took me 61 hours. However, these are times from after I actually started keeping track of such things. When I was younger, I did not keep track of times and I also spent waaaay more time playing the same game, so whatever game I've actually spent the most time to beat, I'm not really sure. Perhaps Fallout 2? 100% Pokemon? 100% Goldeneye? 100% Super Mario 64? 100% GTA3/VC/SA? Who knows.

Just an update. It took me literally 51 hours total to beat Horizon 3 and expansions. 25 hours for base game, 9 for Blizzard Mountain and 5 for Hot Wheels. Way more than I was expecting.
