  • cup Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract

For the filling:

  • ¼ cup Low carb peanut butter or other nut butter
  • 2 tablespoon Butter softened
  • ¼ cup Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ingredients for the cookies, and beat together until well blended.
