While I’m at it I’ll also say that the way large communications companies continue to mislead and manipulate customers is terrible. It’s not just @ATT. We’re on @Xfinity and they’re just as bad at customer service & loyalty.

If you’re thinking about switching to an @ATT 5G plan, don’t bother. An ATT store agent assured us that we could switch plans to get 5G service at a lower price. First bill came in and it was 40% more. 😳 After two hours with @ATTHelp I switched back to my old plan.

@ATTHelp I cancelled my service due to the fact AT&T provided the money and mouthpiece for OAN. This news source is filled with conspiracy theories and misinformation, disinformation and malformation. Anyone who has AT&T and is just learning this, cancel yours.

@ATT, literally the only thing keeping me with your service is the free HBO Max subscription. Today I got an error message saying my HBO subscription was expired. It’s come standard through my wireless bill for quite some time now. If not fixed soon, then hello @Verizon!

@ATT Fios internet has been out since 3 pm and NO TECHNICIAN IS AVAILABLE TO FIX IT UNTIL MONDAY 12-4. Now I cannot work,watch tv, use my cameras, AirPlay, Alexa, etc. Thank god for my @TMobile hotspot. Maybe I should switch back to Spectrum. Anyone else have this problem??

@cdotharrison I have Uverse, have for about 10 years. Not getting rid of it until they stop it entirely. Rarely ever have any issues. Kids both have streaming services, but I'm too lazy to learn a new system!

@ATT in store customer reps always treat and talk to customer’s like they’re moron’s. One guy this weekend literally squared up with me and said “I got time today…” when I said to him that I didn’t think he was listening to my issue. And that @ATT CS line told me xyz.
